What we do

Our Pillars

Six thematic areas guide every programme we run, from the first training session to long-term recovery.

Pillar

Women and Youth Empowerment

Empowering women and youth means giving them the tools, resources and opportunities they need to take charge of their lives. We run business and entrepreneurship training, connect young people to career guidance, and support small start-ups to grow.

Many of the women we train go on to open shops, salons and small trades that support their families and create jobs for others.

Climate Change, Resilience and Livelihood

Adapting to the impacts of climate change and building resilient livelihoods is essential for communities facing repeated drought and flooding.

We promote tree planting, climate-smart livelihoods and community preparedness, and we speak up for climate justice so those most affected are heard.

Peace Building & Social Cohesion

Humanitarian & Emergency Response
